  The 0-57170 RELIANCE regulator module is a high-quality regulator module that can effectively adjust and control the operating parameters of various devices to ensure their normal operation.

  0-57170 is a regulator module manufactured by Reliance Electric and belongs to the FlexPak Plus series.Each controller in the system supports a 0-57170 regulator module.The model of 0-57170 is 14C650.

  The digital driver module is used as a device driver in larger drive controllers.This component runs the software that drives the controller and serves as a converter between the hardware device and the operating system that uses it.

  After proper installation,the digital driver module should have trigger pulses and output to the power module of the drive controller.The regulator module should output to the digital driver module.There is a resistance on the primary side of the pulse transformer,and the pulse waveform should be+11.2v.For a 230 VAC controller,the readings for power cubes 47 and 45 should be 0-240;For 460 VAC controllers,the readings for power cubes 47 and 45 should be 0-500.

  If troubleshooting is necessary,first test whether the regulator module outputs to the digital driver module.If everything is normal,please test whether the digital driver emits pulses.For safety reasons,please make sure to turn off the power,then open the main circuit breaker and loosen the regulator/digital driver module components(with four screws in each corner).Next,connect the common end of the oscilloscope to pin 57 on the regulator module.Connect the oscilloscope probe to the resistor located on the primary side of the 7A pulse transformer or the digital drive board.Turn on the power again and switch to the'start'position.Turn the SPEED POT to the fully open position.If there are no triggering pulses and readings cannot be obtained at 14A,10A,11A,13A,and 8A,replace the digital driver module.
