  The MMLG01 ALSTOM test block is part of the Midos series and,when used with a multi finger test plug(MMLB 01 type),provides facilities for monitoring and secondary injection testing of any power system protection scheme.

  The MMLG01 ALSTOM test block has 14 circuits,each connected to a separate terminal pair at the rear of the housing.Each circuit includes a pair of internal contacts,which typically pop together to complete the circuit link through the block when the relevant protective equipment is working properly.

  Inserting the test plug(MMLB 01 type)will open the contacts of the connecting terminal pairs,allowing the test to continue.
