WHS series horizontal double ribbon blender

It is a low-speed blender, so there is no heat generated during the blending process. Suitable for blending powders or granules, especially thermosensitive chemical materials. It can provide better dispersion and blending effects than other low-speed blenders.

working principle:

The double ribbon blender consists of a drive mechanism, a double ribbon rotor, and a blending cylinder. There are two (or four) spiral ribbons with different rotation directions distributed on the main shaft of the rotor. During operation, the inner spiral ribbon pushes the material to move to both sides, while the outer spiral ribbon pushes the material to move to the middle; At the same time, the front of the screw ribbon pushes the material to move in the spiral direction, and the cavity formed on the back of the screw ribbon is filled by the upper material falling down. The material forms a comprehensive blending cycle from top to bottom, left to right.
