Materials and Manufacturing Process

Material: Continuous galvanized steel sheets are selected. After pretreatment, primer and topcoat are sprayed on the surface to form color-coated steel sheets.
Process: The product is manufactured through a series of processes, including automated coil ，punching, molding, stretching, edge rolling and cutting, bottom repairing, riveting of reinforcing ribs, and bending of reinforcing angular bosses.

Product Features

Energy-saving and lightweight: With a thickness of only 70%-85% of traditional cable trays, it uses less material and is lightweight, saving 20%-60% of steel. This reduces transportation and installation costs.
High strength: The bottom molding and side plate design increase the axial and lateral moment of inertia, enhance bending stiffness, and make the load-bearing capacity 10% higher than that of traditional trough-type cable trays, effectively preventing side plate instability.
Good heat dissipation: The three-dimensional concave-convex structure creates space for air circulation inside the tray. After cables are laid, air convection is formed, improving the heat loss and resistance during cable operation and reducing power consumption.
Excellent corrosion resistance: The multi-layer composite structure is integrated with the coating. The neutral salt spray test can last for more than 480 hours. Compared with traditional hot-dip galvanizing processes, its corrosion resistance is significantly improved, with a service life of over 30 years.
Easy installation: Lightweight in weight, it can be cut, bent, and connected as needed to adapt to different scenarios and wiring requirements, reducing labor intensity and shortening the construction period.
