Product Introduction:
-
Four-stroke gasoline engine, featuring easy start, low fuel consumption and high performance;
-
The whole machine is die-cast, smooth, beautiful, sturdy and durable;
-
Original gear protection design, avoiding shift wear and prolonging service life;
-
180-degree rotation for berthing and sailing, enabling flexible operation;
-
Stepless speed change control, with the propeller capable of 180-degree free steering;
-
The whole machine undergoes anti-corrosion treatment, suitable for both seawater and freshwater; our factory supplies spare parts at low prices for a long time.
Precautions for using this outboard motor are as follows:
-
The engine oil (lubricating oil) is drained from the engine before leaving the factory. You need to add it yourself before use. It is strictly forbidden to start the engine without adding engine oil.
-
The 4-stroke engine works under high temperature, so the engine oil must be of the specified type and cannot be replaced with ordinary engine oil. Do not place the engine horizontally after adding oil, as horizontal placement may easily cause oil leakage.
-
The running-in period is 10 hours, after which the first lubricating oil change is required. The gear oil in the propeller part must be replaced regularly.
-
When starting, the choke should be pushed in (to block air intake and increase the concentration of the mixture). After the machine runs normally, the choke needs to be pulled out (for normal operation of the mixed air).
-
Before shifting gears, you must decelerate to ensure shifting at low speed. Shifting at high speed will damage important parts of the machine. When shifting quickly from forward gear to reverse gear, pause in neutral for a moment.
-
The idle speed has been adjusted before leaving the factory and generally does not need to be adjusted. The idle speed is adjusted by the black plastic screw on the carburetor.
